1  What resolutions does the DS-1H33 converter support on its TVI input

The maximum supported resolution is 1080P, if you wish to connect a higher resolution TVI camera you will need to drop the resolution to 1080P in the cameras OSD menu. 

2  Will the DS-1H33 TVI to HDMI converter pass coaxial telemetry using the loop through connection ?

The DS-1H33 is not capable of passing coaxial telemetry signals as the loop through is an output only.

3  What is the maximum transmission distance through RG59 for a H series 5MP TVI camera connected to a HUHI-F/S DVR ?

Using the exteneded transmission setting available with this model DVR it is possible to achieve upto 800 metres cable run using RG59, although there is a dependancy on the quality and the condition of the RG59 cable being used.
